5.1 Workshop Bookings
When you book a workshop through our website:
- Your booking represents an offer to purchase a workshop, which we may accept or decline
- We will confirm acceptance of your booking by sending you a confirmation email
- The contract between us will be formed when we send this confirmation
5.2 Payment
Payment terms for our workshops are as follows:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the workshop date
- For bookings made less than 7 days before the workshop date, full payment is required at the time of booking
- All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes
5.3 Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for individual workshops is as follows:
- 14+ days notice: Full refund
- 7-13 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund
For corporate programs, please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your contract.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
6. Workshop Participation
6.1 Age Requirement
All participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend our workshops, unless specifically stated otherwise for certain family-friendly events.
6.2 Health and Safety
By attending our workshops, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
- Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect your participation
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear (closed-toe shoes required)
- Not attend if you are ill, especially with any contagious condition
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who we believe may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
6.3 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Our workshops involve working with wheat flour, dairy products, and potentially other common allergens. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants with severe allergies participate at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website, services, and the use of this website.

We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. By participating in our workshops, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and grant us the right to use your likeness in our promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out by notifying us in writing before the workshop.

All materials provided during workshops, including recipes, techniques, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Divnotestech Studio. You may use these materials for your personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
