Corporate Programs
Team Building Through Bread Making
HearthCraft's corporate programs transform the ancient art of bread making into powerful team-building experiences. Unlike conventional team activities that may feel contrived, bread making naturally fosters collaboration, communication, and shared achievement.
Our corporate workshops are specifically designed to balance enjoyable group interaction with meaningful skill development. Participants work together through the entire bread-making process—from mixing and fermenting to shaping and baking—creating tangible results that reflect their collective effort.
Companies choose our workshops for various objectives:
- Team cohesion - Building connections across departments or integrating new team members
- Creative problem-solving - Developing adaptability through the responsive nature of bread making
- Communication enhancement - Practicing clear instruction and feedback through collaborative tasks
- Unique rewards - Offering memorable experiences to recognize team achievements
- Stress reduction - Providing a mindful, screen-free activity with therapeutic benefits
From half-day sessions to weekend retreats, our programs can be tailored to your specific team dynamics, time constraints, and development goals. All participants leave with new skills, fresh bread, and strengthened connections with their colleagues.

Legal & Liability Information
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, we maintain clear policies regarding safety, liability, and participant requirements for our corporate programs:
Safety Protocols
All corporate programs begin with a comprehensive safety briefing. For programs involving wood-fired ovens, additional safety protocols are enforced. Our facility and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained to meet Irish health and safety standards.
Liability Coverage
HearthCraft maintains comprehensive public liability insurance for all on-site activities. For corporate programs at client locations, we require access to appropriate facilities and may request certificate of insurance information from the host organization.
Allergen Information
Our workshops involve wheat flour, dairy products, and may include nuts or other allergens. We require advance notification of any allergies or dietary restrictions to determine if safe accommodation is possible. Our facility cannot guarantee allergen-free environments for individuals with severe allergies.
Participant Requirements
All participants must be 18 years or older. Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring participants are physically able to engage in activities that involve standing for extended periods, kneading dough, and following safety instructions. Accommodations for participants with disabilities can be arranged with advance notice.
A detailed agreement outlining specific terms and conditions will be provided during the booking process. This will include information about photography permissions, intellectual property regarding recipes and techniques, and other relevant legal considerations.
For corporate clients requiring specific contractual terms or insurance documentation, please discuss these needs during the initial consultation phase.
